About Greg

Seattle-based photographer Greg Bennett is veteran of the U.S. Navy and a retired veteran of the Seattle Fire Department. For over 32 years Greg proudly served the citizens of Seattle as a fire officer while building a successful career as a photographer. Professional photography is in a competitive field that requires more than technical & post-processing skills, and top-quality equipment. It also requires passion, artistic vision, visual skills, innovation and creativity to satisfy a diverse client base. As a firefighter and a photographer, Greg has thrived in both of his careers. “Whether working at the Fire Station, on an emergency call or doing a photo shoot at the studio, every day was/is something different doing exactly what I love” Greg explains.

His craft has evolved to include a variety of personal projects, several of which have had gallery exihibits. Greg first discovered his passion for photography while traveling abroad while serving in the Navy. It was on these travels that he discovered his love of visual narratives.

He produces compelling narrative images with a distinctive artistic edge.
